Xiaomi's Unsatisfactory Customer Service for Faulty Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic 2s

I purchased the Xiaomi Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic 2s headset last year, and unfortunately, a fault emerged from the headset shortly after. I took advantage of the warranty and sent it in for repair, only to receive it back with the same issue unresolved. This happened not once, but three times in total. Despite my attempts to have the headset fixed, each time it was returned with the problem still present. Frustrated, I called customer service to address the issue and was informed that they could not repair the product and that it was no longer in stock. I was extremely disappointed, especially since I had invested in what was advertised as the latest and best headset from Xiaomi, which was quite expensive for its supposed quality. If they were to offer me another headset today, I wouldn't accept it. I believe that I have the right to receive a functioning product that lives up to the standards promised at the time of purchase. The repeated failure of Xiaomi to resolve my issue has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be a customer in the future.
