Xiaomi Sent Defective Replacements Three Times After My Product Went to Service

I've had my Xiaomi product sent for service 7 times and it’s been replaced 3 times. What a hassle! Even after getting replacements, all three items, which were claimed to be brand new, showed up with issues. I'm quite frustrated because I haven't been able to use the product at all. It feels like I'm just going around in circles with endless repairs and replacements, and there's no end in sight. I'm so fed up with this situation that I'm seriously thinking about just tossing the product out. On top of that, I've had similar problems with another Xiaomi product before, and it's made me lose faith in the brand. I regret my decision and I hope Xiaomi does something to fix this issue for good.
