I wanted to tell you about something that happened to me, just a few days back, I ordered a dope pair of wireless headphones straight from Xiaomi's website. I was so pumped for their arrival, but it ended up being a total bummer, the headphones came, but they're totally not working at all. Like, straight out of the box, nada. Xiaomi's customer service was supposed to give some help and figure things out. But, surprise surprise, they just told me to go to their service center instead of owning up to the faulty product. why take responsibility and help customers right?  Honestly, I've never been in a situation like this before, and I'm totally not cool with it.  I know what I paid for, not this nonsense, not any more struggle, a good pair of earbuds is what I asked for.
