Xiaomi's Warranty Failures on Bluetooth Headphones
I went to the Mi Store on November 20, 2022, and paid 1100 TL for a Bluetooth headset that I purchased there. It started acting up after four to five months, so I took advantage of the warranty and took it to an authorized repair service. However, after two months, they returned the headset with the explanation that the problem was not covered by the warranty and that they would only repair it for 1,200 Turkish Lira. I will sue you in court by filing a complaint with the Consumer Court. They promised when they sold the product that they would assist in the event of any problems, but they did not keep their word and did not assist. I attempted to contact customer service but was unsuccessful. I'm writing to request that Xiaomi officials address this issue with your service as soon as possible.
