My Redmi 11 pro phone began to charge in an extremely sluggish manner. Instead of taking just two hours to fully charge, the battery now needs almost eight hours to get to full capacity after being charged. The phone has also started to become more sluggish and occasionally freezes. The warranty period has expired, but it is abundantly clear that the issues are not the result of any mistakes made by the user. As a result, I anticipate receiving support from the company. I believe that it can be remedied with a software update. If anyone else is experiencing this issue and has found a solution to it, please share it with me so that I can benefit from it.
