Booking.com Won’t Get Back My $3,240 Rental Car Deposit After Casablanca Trip

I rented a car through Booking.com from the Avis office at Casablanca International Airport (Casablanca Foreign Terminal) for the dates October 27 – November 2. At vehicle pick-up, a deposit of 30,000,000 MAD was charged to my credit card, and I was explicitly told that this amount would be refunded to me on November 30.
Even though the specified date has passed, the deposit has still not been refunded to my account. I contacted both Avis and Booking.com customer service, and while I was told I would receive a response, despite the time that has passed I have not been contacted and the issue remains unresolved.
I do not accept that the deposit has not been refunded without any additional expense details being shared or any explanation provided to me. I request that the 30,000,000 MAD deposit be refunded to my account immediately, with the reason for the delay clearly explained to me.
