I made a reservation through the Booking.com app for Naama Blue Hotel for the dates March 21–26, 2026, with confirmation number 6477986824, and I completed the payment through Booking.com at the time of booking. I only want to change the reservation dates, but whenever I try to do so through the app, I continuously receive the message: “We can’t complete your request. Please try again later or contact customer service.”
I sent a message to customer service through the app, and the virtual assistant stated that I would receive a response within 24 hours, but despite the time that has passed, I have not received any response at all. I also repeatedly called the phone number listed for Booking Turkey (0800 448 826 367), but each time I receive a message saying the number is invalid or incomplete. Additionally, I have not been able to find any email address through which I can reach Booking.com.
I also sent a message to the hotel through Booking.com, and they stated that date changes must be handled by Booking.com. In other words, even though both the payment and the authority to make changes are with Booking.com, I am unable to complete the process either through the app or by reaching support through any communication channel.
I request that my reservation dates be updated to suitable dates in line with my request, without any additional charges, and that I be informed in writing once this is done. I also request that Booking.com provide a valid and genuinely reachable customer service phone line or a clear communication channel for customers in Turkey.
