Xbox Virtual Gift Card Refund

I am writing about an issue I experienced while using two Visa gift cards together with Hey Cash. I had previously used these same two gift cards successfully, but most recently, when I tried to use them for an Xbox Game Pass purchase, the transaction could not be completed because I was 8 cents short. As a result, I now have a remaining balance of $1 on each of the two Visa gift cards (a total of $2) that I have been unable to use as intended. Since I cannot complete my intended purchase and these two small balances are effectively stuck, I am requesting that Hey Cash refund the remaining $1 on each of these two Visa gift cards, for a total of $2, back to my Hey Cash account or in another usable form. I would appreciate your support in resolving this so that the leftover amounts on the cards are not wasted.
