Paid for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Yet Account Not Activated

About one hour ago, I purchased an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription directly through my Xbox console. The payment was made using my account (z******@gmail.com**), and ₺309 was charged to my card. However, the membership has not been activated on my account, and I haven’t received any invoice or confirmation email.

There were no error messages during the purchase, and my card statement clearly shows the payment made to Microsoft.

I contacted Microsoft Live Support, but haven’t received any response yet. I purchased this subscription specifically to play games with my guest, but I’m currently unable to use the service I paid for.

I request that my Game Pass Ultimate subscription be activated immediately and that this issue be resolved promptly to compensate for the inconvenience caused.
