Brawl Stars Refund Never Arrives Despite Confirmation It Was Processed

I'm having a serious issue with two separate payments I made through Google Play in Brawl Stars. My player ID is #2V29PRLU9R. I made two transactions in the game, one for $8 and another for $1. For the $8 transaction, I was told that my refund request was approved and processed, but I never actually received any payment, and on top of that, my in-game balance dropped into the negative after these transactions. As for the $1 transaction, I haven't received any information about it, either from in-game or through Google Play. Not only did the $8 I was told was refunded never reach me, but the status of the $1 transaction is also completely unclear, and on top of that, my in-game balance going negative has made my situation even worse. Because my money was unfairly not refunded and my in-game balance dropped into the negative, I'm requesting a detailed review of my payment and account status, clarification of both the $8 and $1 transactions, and that any refunds owed to me be fully credited back to my account.
