I Canceled My Xbox Game Pass Subscription but Didn’t Get My Refund

Today at 4:00 PM, I purchased an Xbox Game Pass subscription, but shortly afterward, I decided to cancel it. Despite canceling within an hour of the transaction, my ₺210 has not been refunded, and I’m incredibly frustrated by this lack of resolution.
I followed the necessary steps to cancel my subscription through the official Xbox platform and expected the refund to be processed promptly, as is standard with most digital services. However, it has now been over an hour, and there’s still no sign of the money being returned to my account. This was not a small amount, and I feel like I’ve been ignored after doing everything right on my part.
I am filing this complaint to demand the immediate return of my ₺210. It is unacceptable for Xbox to take the payment so quickly but delay the refund process without any status update or confirmation. This kind of treatment is disappointing, especially from such a major global brand. I expect action now.
