Xbox Game Pass PC Refund Not Received After Same-Day Cancellation

I am incredibly dissatisfied with Microsoft regarding my Xbox Game Pass PC subscription. On January 18, 2015, I initiated a subscription for ₺209 but canceled it on the very same day. Despite the system showing that a refund has been issued, the money has not yet been returned to my account. It has been far too long, and there is no excuse for this delay.
I demand that Microsoft refund the full amount of ₺209 to my card without any further delays. This kind of issue undermines trust in your services. Please resolve this matter immediately, as your customers deserve better support and faster resolutions for billing issues.
