Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Refund Issue—Only Partial Refund Received
On January 28, 2025, I purchased an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription for ₺310. On February 27, 2025, I decided to cancel my subscription, and I was explicitly informed that I would receive a full refund upon cancellation.
However, two days have passed, and this morning, I was shocked to see only ₺10 refunded to my account. Where is the rest of my money? This is unacceptable! If I was promised a full refund, why was I only refunded a fraction of the amount?
I demand an immediate refund of the remaining balance. Xbox, honor your refund policy and resolve this issue now!
