I recently purchased an Xbox Series X and subscribed to Game Pass. About 10-12 days later, I noticed an email informing me of a game purchase for ₺2,099, charged to my registered credit card without my knowledge. I immediately contacted Microsoft via phone and email, requesting the cancellation and refund, as the purchase wasn’t authorized. While the game shows up in my order history, it’s not in my account. This seems like a security issue within Microsoft’s system, but I was told a refund is not possible. I’m urging Microsoft to take the appropriate action and refund the amount, as this situation is unacceptable.
