I Was Billed Twice for One Xbox Game Pass Subscription

On September 2, 2025, at around 9:30 PM, I purchased a monthly Xbox Game Pass subscription via the Xbox app on my computer. I completed the payment using my Papara account. However, 209 TL was charged twice from my account for a single subscription.
My Game Pass membership is currently active, and I have no access issues, but being charged twice for one service has caused an unnecessary financial loss.
This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem. The transaction was made directly through the Xbox app, and my Papara payment reference number is 5245*490. I also have the payment receipts available and can share them if needed.
I request that Microsoft refund the duplicate payment and ensure this issue does not happen again in future transactions.
