My Xbox 9th Generation Gamepads Failed in Less Than One Year

Two of these gamepads have already broken in a year and a half, and one of them is out of warranty. When you spend money on something that doesn't last, it's a pain. Even though they were still under warranty, it's interesting that the gamepads broke so quickly. It makes me wonder about the quality and durability of the item. I've had PS, PS3, and PS4 gamepads for years, and none of them have ever broken. Even after 8 years, my PS4 gamepad still worked fine. I have already sent one gamepad to be fixed, but after a short time it broke again. It's very annoying to have to deal with this problem over and over again. Now I've sent my other gamepad back to be fixed, and I hope that this time the company will be honest and do a good job.
