PlayStation Controller Malfunction, Service Complaint

I left my DualSense controller at an authorized service center for nearly a month, and neither the Sony PlayStation authorized service center nor the Sony PlayStation authorized service center could repair or replace it. Meanwhile, they replaced another person's DualSense controller in three days. While we simply want our devices repaired, they are attempting to provide color options to others. This is unacceptable, and unfair, and demonstrates complete incompetence. When I explained the situation to the Sony authorized service, they mocked me and said, "Your turn has been moved ahead of others." It's been a month, and you've already replaced someone else's controller in three days, offering color options, and now you're telling me about turns? This is a total disregard for your work and your customers.
