Sony DualSense Controller Chronic Issue – Request For Free Replacement

Hello, I purchased the PlayStation 5 console when it was first released, and since then I have had to use a total of three different DualSense controllers. All of these controllers have experienced recurring issues without any user-related damage, and I strongly believe these are not individual cases but chronic manufacturing defects. The first controller I used developed a loose and faulty R2 trigger spring. This part is especially affected in games like FIFA, where adaptive triggers increase resistance due to player fatigue, putting significant stress on the internal spring mechanism. Over time, this leads to the spring stretching or breaking. This issue was resolved through a free replacement under warranty. Unfortunately, the replacement controller experienced the same R2 spring issue. I then purchased a third original DualSense controller with my own money, and once again encountered the same defect. The fact that all three controllers had the exact same issue clearly points to a production-related flaw. In addition to that, all three of my current DualSense controllers are also experiencing L3 analog stick drift. The character moves to the left without any input, significantly impairing gameplay. None of the controllers were dropped or physically damaged in any way. Let me emphasize: I used the PlayStation 4 controller for years and never had a single issue. In contrast, the DualSense controllers for PS5 show serious shortcomings in both build quality and internal mechanism durability. Dozens of users report the same issues across social media and gaming forums, showing this is not an isolated problem, but rather a widespread quality issue. While I reserve my legal right to submit this to the Consumer Arbitration Board, I am reaching out in the spirit of mutual goodwill and customer satisfaction, hoping that Sony will take responsibility and resolve the matter directly. Therefore, I kindly request a free replacement or a permanent solution for my defective DualSense controllers. If necessary, I am willing to send them in for inspection. Sincerely
