Albaraka Turk Bank Unauthorized Transactions Without 3D Secure Confirmation

To anyone, it may concern at Albaraka Turkish Bank, Subject: Unauthorized approval of transactions without 3D Secure. I made a transaction from X firm by supplying my credit card information over the phone. They informed me that they would require 3D Secure confirmation because this is how we always shop. However, the system approved the transaction without asking for a 3D Secure code. According to corporate administrators, your 3D Secure settings are deactivated for such transactions; therefore, you should enable them to avoid issues. Albaraka Customer Service informed us yesterday (April 16, 2024, 4:04 PM) that they were unable to process any transactions. I asked to open a complaint record, and they stated they couldn't do it either. What a great planet.
