Mytrip.com Charged 2 Times Without Approval For The Same Ticket

I booked a ticket worth 4249 TL for my flight from Kuala Lumpur - Bali Denpasar on 12.08.2023. They do not use 3D Secure payment or any payment method that requires a confirmation code for payment. When I clicked on the complete payment option, the payment was completed directly without confirmation. While checking my bank account, I realized that I was paid twice for the same ticket on the same date and time frame. While I was thinking about how it is possible to buy the same ticket 2 times -without approval-, I contacted customer service via live chat and got the answer 'Authorization may be possible, don't worry, you won't have any losses, it will be transfer back to you'. Two days later, I phoned Turkey Customer Service. They said that it was not my fault, they would contact the airline company immediately, they would initiate a transaction process and I could get my money back without any problem. After the long wait, I had to call again customer service and had a talk with Miray U. this time. She said she was re-examining the situation and guessed that I wouldn't be able to get the money back because there was a minute difference between the payments. - As in the attachment I shared, the money was withdrawn twice in the same minute. They didn't offer any solution and answered all of the solutions I requested with 'Unfortunately we do not have such authority.' They just tell you to be patient a little longer. And the solution they offer at the end is "Wait until 24 hours before your flight, if not, let's start the normal refund process, you can get 600 TL of your money back". I never trust customer support and transparency. I request them to finalize it quickly and complete the refund (all) of one of my 2 tickets. I would like to point out that, according to the evaluations I have seen here, there have been people who have experienced this besides me, and they have not received any results despite being kept waiting for a long time with the same desperation.
