During my 10th board examinations in 2023, I allowed a friend to access my account. Without my knowledge or permission, my friend used third-party tools on the account. I did not authorize the use of these tools and was unaware that any third-party programs had been used until I discovered that my account had been suspended.

I understand that Garena takes fair play and account security seriously, and I respect the rules intended to maintain a fair gaming environment. However, I kindly ask your team to investigate my case and consider the circumstances surrounding this incident, particularly the fact that I was unaware of the unauthorized use of third-party tools.

I sincerely regret allowing someone else to access my account, and I understand the importance of keeping it secure. I respectfully request that you reconsider the suspension and restore my account if possible. If a permanent suspension has been imposed, I would be grateful if you could consider reducing it to a temporary suspension and giving me one final opportunity to continue playing in compliance with all game rules.
