Raid Electric Mosquito Repellent Fails to Stop Mosquito Bites

I am writing about a problem with a Raid electric mosquito plug and liquid refill pack that I am using in Pretoria, South Africa. I have used this Raid plug successfully before, and the first refill from the same two-pack worked well and protected me from mosquito bites. However, after I started using the second refill two nights ago, it has not worked at all. Despite having the device plugged in continuously in a closed room as recommended, I have been badly bitten by mosquitoes and have not slept properly for two nights. The device and refill appear intact, but the liquid in this second refill does not seem to be effective. I no longer remember when or where I bought this two-pack, but both refills are from the same Raid package and only this second one is failing. Because this is affecting my ability to sleep and I cannot wait for a long investigation, I am requesting that you urgently provide either a refund for this faulty refill or a replacement that works, whichever can be arranged faster.
