Godaddy Makes Unauthorized Charge to Enpara Account

The Godaddy company debited my Enpara account without my consent for a total of 2,718.37 TL, equivalent to 98.03 USD, on September 13, 2023, at 20:41. This transaction took place without my prior approval or request. I immediately filed a dispute, closed my account and card, and filed an official complaint requesting a refund. It is critical to emphasize that this payment was processed without 3D secure verification, putting the bank in charge of ensuring the security of my account. I demand an immediate refund; otherwise, I reserve the right to file any and all legal actions for any losses or damages incurred as a result of this unauthorized transaction. As a long-term Enpara customer, I am confident that the problem will be resolved quickly and that the funds will be returned to my account. My faith in Enpara's dedication to customer satisfaction remains unshaken.
