Stanley Thermos Warranty Claim Rejected After Official Registration

This is an open complaint to the Stanley brand. Approximately two years ago I bought a Stanley thermos from A101. To make sure it was under warranty, I registered the product on the brand’s official website and did not encounter any warning or problem during this registration. When I later experienced a leakage problem from the lid and a failure to keep drinks cold, I created a service request. The response I received was that the product was supplied outside official sales channels and therefore was not covered by the warranty. If this product is not going to be accepted under warranty, why was its registration completed on your official system without any issue, and why was no warning shown to the consumer at the registration stage? I chose Stanley because I believed it was a high‑quality and reliable brand, but this experience has seriously shaken my trust in the company. The quality of a brand is measured not only by how it sells products, but also by how it stands behind its customers when a problem occurs. Instead of a standard rejection message, I expect Stanley to clearly explain this contradiction and to offer a concrete solution for my grievance, such as repair, replacement or refund. I will share this experience on every platform and warn other consumers. Looking high‑quality is one thing; truly standing behind that quality is something completely different.
