On June 29, I made my first purchase from WWF Market (order no. #510050). My order was sent to a completely different district — about 40 km away from my address — without any notice or explanation. Because of this mistake, I couldn’t receive the product. I decided to wait for the return and reorder, but since I had used a 20% discount code for the first purchase, I would now have to pay the full price just because of the shipping company’s error. I emailed WWF Market to resolve this, but never received a response, and I also faced issues during the return process.
The shipping company (Sendeo / Kolay Gelsin) collected the package only 10 days later, and according to the tracking system, the return was completed on July 11. However, I received no updates or confirmation from WWF Market. There was no email acknowledging the return, no confirmation that the product was received, and no information about the refund status.
At this point, I have no idea where my product is, whether the return has been processed, or if I’ll ever get my refund. I even sent an email to WWF Market to complain about the shipping company, but only received an automatic reply saying, “Our team will contact you.” It’s been days, and no one has reached out.
Neither WWF Market nor the courier company has taken responsibility for this issue. I feel completely ignored and disappointed.
I request that my refund be issued immediately, that I be informed of my product’s current status, and that this entire mishandled process be resolved as soon as possible.
