WWF Market Ignored My Refund Request and Customer Service Is Unreachable
I returned my item to WWF Market on May 20, but as of June 10, I still haven’t received my refund. It’s extremely difficult to get in touch with their customer service team. Even though I provided the order owner’s name and order number, I couldn’t get any clear information about the return process.
Unfortunately, they are making things unnecessarily complicated, and it feels like the process is being intentionally delayed. I sincerely hope no one else has to deal with WWF Market’s customer service. I’m deeply disappointed and completely dissatisfied with their handling of refunds and communication.
