WWF Market Ignored My Gift Card Refund — Code Still Not Issued

My WWF Market gift card refund has not been processed, and the new code has not been issued as promised. On June 23, 2025, I placed order no. #509169 using a gift card worth approximately $76 provided by my company (Code: j99g993dkw8tcvwd). I purchased four items and later returned three of them, totaling around $49. The return was approved on July 1, 2025.

However, after the return was processed, my gift card code became invalid, and I’m unable to make any purchases. The email I received from WWF Market stated that a new code would be issued, but I have still not received any update. Additionally, there is an unused remaining balance of about $13 on the original gift card.

I called customer service on July 2, 2025, at 3:58 PM, and was told I would be contacted within five business days. Today, that timeframe has already passed, but no action has been taken — and I’ve now been told to wait another five days. In total, I currently cannot access about $62 worth of funds.

I have received no assistance from customer service, and this delay is causing unnecessary frustration. I request that a new gift card code be immediately issued and sent to my email, so that I can use my balance without further delay.
