WWF Market Never Refunded My $360 Order After Failed Delivery

I still haven’t received my refund from WWF Market. I placed an order worth $360 on May 10, 2025, taking advantage of their 50% discount campaign (Order No: 504353). The shipping company Kargoist claimed that the package was taken out for delivery twice but then returned to WWF Market. However, my phone was on and I never received any delivery call or notification.

Even though the order was sent back to the company, I still haven’t received my refund after more than a week. What’s worse, I even got an email asking me to review products that I never received. I tried to contact WWF Market, but none of their phone numbers or customer service channels are reachable.

I demand that my refund be processed immediately and that my complaint be handled urgently. This entire situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience and loss of trust.
