WWF Market Still Hasn’t Processed My Refund Weeks After Product Return
Although my returned products reached WWF Market on July 2, the company has still not processed my refund. Their website clearly states that the refund process takes 5–7 business days, but this has proven to be completely inaccurate.
I first contacted them on July 11, and they told me the issue had been forwarded to the relevant department. Today, after calling again, I received the exact same response — that it has been “forwarded” once more and I should wait another 5–7 days. It feels like every time I call, they just push the process forward another week instead of resolving it.
If you can’t complete refunds within 5–7 days, then why do you publish that timeframe on your website? The legal refund period is 15 days, and even that deadline has now passed. This delay and lack of accountability are completely unacceptable.
I expect my refund to be processed immediately and an explanation for this repeated delay.
