Wizz Air Cancelled My Flight and I Got No Refund

Hi Wizz Air Customer Relations, Wizz Air cancelled my Tel Aviv (TLV) ↔ Larnaca (LCA) flights scheduled for 12 August 2025 and 17 August 2025. Here are the booking details: Airline reference (PNR): WH1WRF, eDreams booking ID: 20327808830. Despite my repeated requests, the issuing agency (eDreams) has failed to process the required cash refund. Under EU Regulation 261/2004, I am entitled to a full refund to my original payment card within seven days of the request. I feel stuck between the agency and Wizz Air, and Wizz seems to be indifferent to this situation. Here’s what I need from Wizz Air: either override the agency and issue a full cash-to-card refund for PNR WH1WRF directly to my account, or refund the agency so they can return the funds to me. Please also provide the Wizz refund reference number and the expected date the funds will reach my card. Additionally, update the booking email to yaco***@gmail.com so I can track the case directly or submit the refund request through the Wizz platform.
