Wizz Air Canceled My Ticket but No Refund After 18 Days

I purchased a ticket from Wizz Air for a December 6, 2024, Istanbul-Budapest flight. Before booking, I carefully checked the cancellation policy, which clearly stated that in case of cancellation, I would receive a refund.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I canceled the ticket one day after purchasing it. When confirming my cancellation, I saw a message stating that the refund would be processed within 2-3 business days. However, it has now been 18 days, and I have received neither my refund nor any updates from Wizz Air.

I demand immediate action and a clear response. Where is my money, and why hasn’t the refund been processed as promised? Wizz Air, fix this now!
