Wizz Air Canceled My Flight and Still No Refund

I purchased round-trip tickets from Ankara to Abu Dhabi with Wizz Air for November 11-15, but the airline canceled my flight. While cancellations happen, what’s unacceptable is that weeks have passed, and I still haven’t received my refund. My flight numbers were 5W7152 and 5W7151, and despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution. This delay is frustrating and unprofessional. If Wizz Air cancels a flight, they should refund passengers immediately, not leave them waiting indefinitely. I demand my full refund without any further delay. Wizz Air must improve its customer service and refund processing or risk losing more customers.
