Wizz Air Canceled My İzmir–Bucharest Flights and Still Hasn’t Refunded

I paid ₺13,000 for Wizz Air and wanted to cancel my Istanbul–Budapest flights (departure: W62430, return: W62437) at the same time. When I accessed their mobile system, the cancellation fee for the flight I paid €211 for was €260, and I am not getting any refunds. There is no one to talk to, and this is an airline I would never choose again, so don’t choose it either—there’s simply no one you can reach.
