I purchased a Rome–Istanbul connecting flight ticket through GoToGate. Due to personal reasons, I needed to travel from Rome to Milan instead, so I requested to cancel my ticket and get a refund. However, GoToGate said they could not help since the ticket was issued under Wizz Air, and as a result, I lost the full amount I paid.
I spent ₺6,123 on this ticket, and it is unfair that I received nothing back. I am requesting a refund of my ticket cost. Passengers should not be left without support when booking through agencies like GoToGate.
