I Can’t Access or Reschedule My Wizz Air Istanbul–Budapest Flight and No Refund Was Issued

I booked a Wizz Air flight for three people from Istanbul to Budapest on June 28 through the Wizz Air mobile app. However, I can no longer access the flight details within the app—it simply shows nothing under my upcoming bookings. I checked the Wizz Air website and found the flight code listed under "Canceled Flights," but clicking on it leads to an error page.
If the flight was truly canceled, why haven’t I received any notification or refund? I also emailed Wizz Air to ask about the situation and request either a refund or a chance to reschedule the flight, but I never received a response. The flight is only a week away, and I still don’t know whether it’s operating or not. If it’s canceled, I want my ₺ refund immediately. If it isn’t, I’d like to postpone it since we may not be able to travel on the original date.
This lack of communication is unacceptable. I’m left completely in the dark and feel taken advantage of. Wizz Air must either confirm the status of my flight, allow me to reschedule, or fully refund the amount I paid without further delay.
