Wizz Air Charged Me €144 Due to App Failure

I recently had a terrible experience with Wizz Air while trying to check in for an international flight. Since I was abroad, my phone had no signal, and when I attempted to use the Wizz Air app, it kept giving errors and wouldn’t allow me to complete the online check-in. Because of this technical issue, my three-person booking was charged an additional €144 at the airport!

The worst part? Not a single Wizz Air representative was available at Budapest Airport—their own base of operations! No customer service, no support, just unnecessary extra charges with no explanation.

This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. I have never seen such a lack of responsibility from an airline. I demand an immediate refund for the extra fee caused by their app failure and poor service. I will never fly Wizz Air again and strongly advise others to avoid them.
