I Face Unjustified Account Suspension and Refund Issue With Wix Premium and Domain Purchase

On August 27, 2025, I purchased a Wix Premium package along with my domain www.encoktr.com
. However, both my site and account were suddenly suspended under the vague claim of “security reasons.” Wix support told me the issue was related to my Velo code, but I had already deleted all Velo codes immediately, and my website was still in the design phase — it hadn’t even gone live yet.

Despite this, my site was never restored, and Wix repeatedly told me that I must hire a Wix Expert in order to fix the issue — otherwise, my account would remain closed. I contacted customer service multiple times, but every response was the same: I was pressured to purchase an expert service instead of being offered a real solution.

I paid between $120 and $170 by credit card, and my invoice numbers are #1192690441 and #1192690329. Even though I corrected everything requested, Wix refused to reopen my site and has provided no valid reason for the suspension.

I firmly believe this is an unfair and manipulative practice and therefore request a full refund for all payments made. I will not agree to any forced service purchases or additional charges.
