Wingie Refused to Issue My Full Refund After Royal Air Maroc Cancelled the Flight

I purchased a Royal Air Maroc flight ticket through Wingie, with booking reference 8D5GAY, for which I paid a total of 2,381.60 AED. The flight was cancelled by the airline, not by me, on 9 May 2026. After the cancellation, I contacted Royal Air Maroc customer service, and they clearly informed me that I should receive a full refund and that this refund had to be requested through Wingie. Following their instruction, I contacted Wingie's customer service and requested my full refund. However, Wingie only refunded me partially, even though the cancellation was initiated by the airline. Since the flight was cancelled by Royal Air Maroc and not by me, I do not accept any deductions from the amount I paid. I request that Wingie pay me the remaining balance of my ticket, so that I receive a full refund of 2,381.60 AED as indicated by the airline, and provide a clear explanation for why a partial refund was initially made despite the airline’s cancellation.
