Wingie Has Not Refunded My £341.81 Flight Ticket Payment

I purchased a flight ticket through Wingie, and the amount of 341.81 GBP was charged to my card ending with 0182. Later, I received a message from Wingie stating that the refund process and provision cancellation had been initiated. Despite this, the amount is still debited from my account and has not been returned. According to the information I received, the refund should have been completed by 26 May 2026 at 1:33 a.m., but as of now, there is still no refund visible in my account. This amount is very important to me, and the delay is causing me serious inconvenience. I kindly request that the full amount of 341.81 GBP be refunded to my card without any further delay and that you provide a clear written confirmation of the refund so that I can share it with my bank if needed. I also ask you to urgently check where the transaction is stuck and to inform me in detail about the current refund status.
