Qatar Airways Flight Cancelled But Refund Deduction Issue
I purchased a flight ticket through Wingie for a Qatar Airways flight scheduled for 23/3. On 18/3, Qatar Airways cancelled the flight from their side, even though the cancellation was not requested by me. Despite the fact that the cancellation was made by the airline, an amount of more than 280 Saudi riyals was deducted from the total ticket price of 1320 Saudi riyals. Since the cancellation was initiated by Qatar Airways and not by me, I find this deduction unfair and unjustified. I request a full refund of the entire amount that was deducted from my payment and that the full ticket amount I paid be returned without any charges.
Progress
I booked a one-way flight ticket with Qatar Airways from Riyadh to Cairo through Wingie on February 19, with booking number 9QHBLX, and the travel date was March 23. Later, on March 18, Qatar Airways canceled the booking and confirmed that I would receive a full refund.
However, Wingie did not refund the full amount and instead deducted 217 SAR without any clear justification. When I contacted Wingie customer service, I was told that this deducted amount was classified as taxes. After submitting a complaint, I was sent a refund receipt for 131 SAR, but this amount has still not been returned to my account, and I have not received the full refund that Qatar Airways confirmed.
I request that Wingie refund the deducted amount of 217 SAR in full, process and pay the 131 SAR stated in the refund receipt that has not yet been paid, and provide a clear explanation for these deductions.

Same for me. It seems that Wingie doesn't refund the full amount of flight tickets athough airlines issued a full refund. It's illegal and unfair.
