Wingie Took Payment But Did Not Issue Saudia Airlines Ticket

I purchased a round-trip Saudia Airlines ticket through Wingie for the route Riyadh–Islamabad on 28 June and return Islamabad–Riyadh on 20 August. I completed the payment on 23 May 2026 at around 4:16 PM and paid a total of 2,020 (currency not clearly shown on the platform) for this booking. I used the email address samiu***[email protected] and the phone number +966533917*** during the purchase. Although the payment was successfully taken from my side and I have proof of payment, I still have not received any booking reference or confirmed ticket from Wingie. This situation is extremely worrying because my travel date is approaching and I have already paid the full amount, yet I have no booking details to rely on. Right after noticing that I did not receive any booking reference, I called Wingie customer care. It has now been around 36 hours and I have still not been able to reach anyone or receive any response. For a paid reservation, this lack of support and communication is unacceptable. Since I have still not received any valid booking reference or ticket and I have now been forced to book another flight by myself, I no longer want this reservation from Wingie. I request that my payment be urgently reviewed and that the full amount I paid be refunded to me in full, without any deductions, as soon as possible. I also expect a written explanation from Wingie regarding why my payment was taken but no booking reference or customer support response has been provided.
