Wingie Not Processing My Refund and No Customer Support

I purchased a round-trip flight ticket from Doha to Dhaka via Wingie on February 2, 2026, under booking reference (PNR) 7D57RY. I am currently experiencing an issue with the refund for this booking.

I am expecting a refund of €359.16, which I originally paid using my debit card. However, I have not received any clear information, update, or progress regarding this refund. There has been no communication explaining when or if the refund will be processed.

I have attempted to resolve this issue by contacting Wingie customer service multiple times via phone and email, but I have not received any helpful response or concrete solution. The lack of communication and transparency regarding my refund is causing serious concern and frustration.
