WeTransfer Subscription Charge: Refund And Cancellation Issue

I am writing regarding an undesired payment taken from my WeTransfer account linked to the email address haticea***[email protected]. On 26/03/2026, an amount of 9.479 ₺ was charged, and I would like this fee to be refunded, as I did not intend for this payment to be made in this way. For about a week I have been trying to solve the issue through your system, but I have not been able to manage it properly because the refund option or repayment form does not open or does not work for me. Therefore, I have not been able to request my refund through the normal process. I kindly request the full refund of the 9.479 ₺ charged on 26/03/2026 and the complete cancellation of my WeTransfer subscription. I would appreciate it if this could be handled as soon as possible and confirmed to me by email.
