I Got Charged on WeTransfer Despite Free Trial Promise

I signed up for WeTransfer expecting the advertised free trial during the first week. To my shock, they withdrew 8999.99₺ from my account without any explanation. I never agreed to such a charge and am completely baffled by this. I reported this issue through the app’s error reporting system but received no response. This kind of unauthorized charge is unacceptable and outrageous. I urgently demand a full refund immediately. No one should have to go through this kind of scam.
