I Face Unauthorized Charge From Smallpdf During 7-Day Free Trial

I signed up for Smallpdf’s 7-day free trial, but on the 3rd day of the trial, my card was unexpectedly charged ₺4,567. This happened even though I canceled my subscription within the trial period on August 19, 2025.

The payment was made using my Garanti Bank card and linked to my email address (h***********@hotmail.com**). Despite trying to contact customer service, I received no response. The amount was charged as a single payment, not as a recurring installment.

This practice clearly violates Smallpdf’s own policy and the promise of a “7-day free trial” as stated on their website and membership terms. Charging customers before the trial has ended is unfair and unlawful.

I am requesting a full refund of ₺4,567 immediately and expect Smallpdf to respect its stated trial conditions to prevent further consumer harm.
