WeTransfer Paid Plan Not Working, Files Fail to Download With Server Error

I am using the WeTransfer Starter plan and made a payment of ₺349 on September 2. For the past month, whenever I try to download the photos I sent, I repeatedly get the error message: “Cannot be downloaded due to a server error.” None of the files download successfully.
I even tried sending the same files to different people, but the result was always the same. This issue occurs with every single file transfer. What’s worse is that I had already experienced this problem before, and even though I reported it, the issue was never fixed.
I contacted WeTransfer support, but the only response I received was “please try again.” That is not a solution, and the problem still persists.
I am demanding either a full refund of the ₺349 I paid or proper technical support to permanently fix this issue. Customers should not have to keep paying for a service that fails to deliver the basic function it promises.
