WeTransfer Charged $228 Annual Fee Without My Consent After Deleting Card

Even though I had deleted all of my card details from my WeTransfer account, the company still managed to use my information without my knowledge and charged me $228 (around ₺9,000) for an annual subscription fee I never approved.

I demand an immediate refund of the $228 that was wrongfully taken. It is clear that I am not the only one experiencing this issue, as many others have reported being charged in the same way. What’s worse, the system makes it almost impossible to cancel your subscription properly, leaving users trapped and forced to pay for a service they didn’t agree to.

This practice is unacceptable. A company should not be able to store and reuse deleted card details or make unauthorized charges. I expect a full refund and confirmation that my account and billing details are permanently erased to prevent further unauthorized payments.
