Watsons Sent Me Spoiled Masks and Opened a Return Request Without Notifying Me

I got some masks from Watsons through Trendyol on September 25th, and they showed up brown and spoiled, smelling really bad. I waited a whole week for a solution, and then I discovered they had opened a return request for me without even letting me know. Don't make choices for me without asking first. Also, it's just crazy to expect people to return faulty, stinky products after a week. The excuse for these bad masks—"it depends on skin type"—is just ridiculous. I’d like to get a full refund for this purchase, please. This whole situation has been frustrating, and I want to see this sorted out fast.
