Yesterday, I bought Toni & Guy's Sea Salt Hair Spray from Forum Bornova Watsons. As soon as I bought it, I sprayed it on my hair outside and tried it. After 10 minutes, my whole skin turned red and the product gave me a terrible allergy. I immediately went back to Watsons and told the lady in charge that I wanted to return the product. The lady said she would open a call for a refund and took my information. A few hours later they called from Watsons. They said I had to bring a doctor's report for return. I asked why the officer at Watsons still said that they saw that I had an allergy and that it was a report. The gentleman on the phone did not explain or offer a solution. I buy a product worth 500 TL from a brand like Watsons, and although I am not seriously allergic and the Watsons representative has seen this with his own eyes, they do not offer me a reasonable solution at all. I didn't like Watson at all and I don't plan to shop there again.
