Watsons recently sent me the wrong product after I purchased Gillette Fusion5 5x replacement blades. Dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare - they appear to have no understanding of their own processes. The entire return and refund process has been a nightmare. They initially said I could return it to the post office, but then they demanded a detailed email with photos of the incorrectly shipped item - a strange requirement I've never seen with any other company. It's almost like a bad joke. To make matters worse, they don't seem to know when the returned package arrived at their end. I'm still trying to get my money back from them. Watsons must significantly improve customer service and streamline their return procedures.

The only correct thing about your company is that you responded promptly, but I sent the return shipment to you on July 16th, and today is August 8th, and you still haven't refunded my money.
